The 'Asset Status Report' is a useful high-level diagnostics tool for customers to see the status of the product solutions installed in the fleet.

There are up to 7 main areas to look at within this report based on the product solutions you have installed.

MESSAGE SYNOPSIS
TRACKER LAST MESSAGE (Track Smart) This is the last time the Tracker has reported to our server. Please note that some devices may show as an older date as the vehicles are not in use.
SQ LAST MESSAGE (Fuel Smart) This will be the last time the fuel device has reported via the tracking device to the site. If this varies from the tracker last reported date or matches a tracker that has not reported into the site, this would be an indicator that the fuel & tracking device may need further investigation.
DVR LAST MESSAGE (Camera Smart) This will be the last time the DVR unit has reported into the tracking site, any major variance from the date of last reporting for the tracker / fuel details (if products installed) could be an indication of DVR not reporting correctly and requires further investigation.
SQ TACHO LAST MESSAGE (Fuel Smart) This will be the last time the Pin D8 has transmitted driver information. If this differs from the tracking & fuel device last reported date, this could be an indicator for further investigation being required.
DVR HDD WRITE OK LAST MESSAGE (Camera Smart) This will advise on the last time the HDD was recognised by the DVR. Any fault on this would indicate that the HDD has either been removed or needs replaced.
DVR CAMERA SIGNAL LOST LAST MESSAGE (Camera Smart) This will advise on the last time a camera had signal to report into the portal. Any delay or fault on this would need further investigation required.
HOWEN LAST MESSAGE (Camera Smart) This is the last time the Howen dash camera has reported to our server. Please note that some devices may show as an older date as the vehicles are not in use.
