All Journeys Grouped by Driver ID

This report is available to the customers that have a 'Fuel Smart' Solution installed. This gives users the ability to see which driver was driving for a particular journey or date range. 

To run the report, follow the below steps. 

Step 1.

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left hand vehicle list.

Step 2.

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'All Journeys Grouped by Driver ID' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5.

Select the Driver ID's you wish to display or All Drivers. 

Step 6.

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'All Journeys Grouped by Driver ID' against your selected criteria.

Step 7.

The 'All Journeys Grouped by Driver ID' will load and display the journey details along with the driver that was driving per journey.
