Time Spent in POI Groups

The 'Time Spent in POI Groups' is available to those customers with 'Track Smart' & 'Fuel Smart' solutions installed. 

This report allows you to get a breakdown of how long certain vehicles have been within a POI (Point of Interest). Please note that the POI's must be created before running this report, please see guide of how to setup POI's. 

To run the 'Time Spent in POI Groups' report, please follow below steps:

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left hand vehicle list.

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'Time Spent in POI Groups' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5. 

Click 'XLS' to run the 'Time Spent in POI Groups' against your selected criteria and generate an Excel breakdown. 

Step 6.

Once the report has exported to Excel, it will give you a breakdown of the time spend in POI Groups as below:
