Alert - Date Based

The "Date Alert" allows users to set a customisable reminder for set dates and notification periods on selected vehicles. This report can be useful for date-based service intervals.   

Step 1

To Set the Alert on the vehicle, Highlight the Vehicle in question and select the "Alerts" Icon in the blue function bar, as shown below:

Step 2

Select the 'Add Date Alert’.

Step 3

A new window will populate with the required fields to be completed as below. 

Step 4

Email alerts will be sent to the selected users at the desired date intervals.
