The 'Journey Over Speed Report' is a quick way to highlight journeys with speeding events. The report can be accessed as follows:

Step 1.

Highlight the vehicle/s you wish to run the report on from the left-hand vehicle list

Step 2.

Select the 'Reports' icon on the top navigation bar

Step 3.

Locate 'Journey Overspeed Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down menu.

Step 4.

Enter the Data & Time Selection criteria.

Step 5.

Select from the two threshold options, a) Road Speed Max, b) Manual Threshold.

Step 6.

If you have selected Threshold, then you will need to enter the speed you want to search for e.g. type 50 to show all journeys with updates over 50mph.

Step 7.

There is an option to 'Show All' journeys or just those that meet your search criteria, select this if you wish to show all journeys or leave it blank to just show those journeys that meet your search criteria.

Step 8.

Once loaded, your report will show all the journeys that meet the criteria along with the maximum speed recorded.

Step 9.

To investigate a journey further, select the Earth icon on the far-right hand side of the journey to open up the snail trail map plot for that particular journey.

Step 10.

The map plot will load, and you can scroll down the event list on the left-hand side or alternatively search by pressing CTRL+F and entering the speed value you are looking for.

Step 11.

Selecting the speeding event will show the map plot location on the right-hand side.

*Please Note* it is possible to receive false positives when searching by road max speed threshold. This is typically caused by overpass intersections or side roads that run parallel with the road being driven on where the speed limit recorded on Google is that of the other road to which your vehicle was travelling on.
