Time Onsite Report

The 'Time On Site Report' is used to highlight exactly how much time your vehicle/s spent at the selected POI's between your start and end Date/Time search criteria.

To run the Time On Site Report, follow the below instructions:

Step 1.

Highlight the vehicle/s you wish to run the report on.

Step 2.

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue navigation bar.

Step 3.

Find 'Time On Site Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down menu.

Step 4. 

Enter your Date/Time from and too search criteria.

Step 5. 

Select the POI's you want to search against, and whether to include or exclude them on the report.

Step 6. 

Click 'Load Report' to run the report based on your search criteria entered above.

The report will load as shown below, separating each driver and then each day. The POI and time spent onsite will also be shown on each line.

***Please note*** It is important to note that this report only classifies the vehicle in the POI location when the ignition is turned off. If the ignition does not turn off then the journey will not show on this report.
