Alert - Out of Hours

The Out of Hours Alert is based on the "Authorised Use"  hours set against the vehicle on the MyCubo Portal. These values can be set for:

• Weekday
• Weekend 

And can be customised by highlighting the vehicle in question on the "Vehicle List" and selecting the "Edit Asset" button on the function bar, highlighted below:

Step 1

To Set the Alert on the vehicle, Highlight the Vehicle in question and select the "Alerts" Icon in the blue function bar, as shown below:

New window will populate with required fields to be completed as below. 

Step 3. 

Email alerts will be sent to the selected user if an ignition event is recognised outside of the set "Authorized Use" periods.
