The Daily Report is a summary report grouped by vehicle and then by day for all of the vehicles and date period searched. This is a useful way to summarise daily activity of your vehicles. To run the 'Daily Report' follow the below instructions:
Step 1.
Highlight the vehicle/s you wish to run the report for from the left-hand vehicle list
Step 2.
Select the 'Reports' tab on the top blue navigation bar.
Step 3.
Click 'Daily Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down menu.
Step 4.
Enter the Date/Time period you wish to run the report for.
Step 5.
Click 'Load Report' to run the report.
The 'Daily Report' will be shown as below, and will display the following information separated by Vehicle & Day:
- Start Date/Time for the 1st Journey of the Day
- End Date/Time for the 1st Journey of the Day
- 1st Daily Journey Start Location
- Last Daily Journey End Location
- Vehicle Moving Time for the day
- Vehicle Stopped Time for the day
- Vehicle Idle Time for the day
- Number of Stops for the day
