Utilisation Report by Distance

There are several Journey Report's available on the Motia Telematics Portal tailored for the different products/services you have installed in your vehicle/s. This article shows the 'Utilisation Report by Distance'. This report is applicable to customers with Track Smart & Fuel Smart solutions installed. 

This report allows you to export your whole fleet to an XLS workbook to see the distance your vehicles have moved against a distance threshold that you set.

Step 1.

To run the report, navigate to the group you wish to run the report for and select the 'Reports' section from the blue function bar.

Step 2.

Select 'Utilisation Report by Distance' from the dropdown selection.

Step 3.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the date and time selection section.

Step 4. 

Now set the 'Utilisation Report by Distance' threshold you want (default 200).

Step 5. 

Select the 'XLS' button. This will download an XLS for the Date & Time requested.

Step 6. 

Once opened, you will see a list of your vehicles showing any distance greater than the threshold highlighted in GREEN and those that have done less than the threshold highlighted in RED.
