Temperature Smart Reefer Graph Report

The 'Temperature Smart Reefer Graph Report' is available to customers with the 'Temperature Smart'  (+Novacom) Solution(s) installed.

This report allows you to look back at the temperature of particular trailers & zones within the trailers for a set timeframe.  

To run the 'Temperature Smart Reefer Graph Report', please follow the below steps.

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left hand vehicle list. 

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'Journey Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5. 

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'Temperature Smart Reefer Graph Report' against your selected criteria.

Step 6. 

Once the report loads, it will display the details as below:
