How To Load and Complete Jobs 

Step 1. 

Navigate to https://nexus-app.mycubo.online/#/SignIn and enter your login details and select "SIGN IN".

Step 2. 

Navigate to "My Jobs".

Step 3.

If you have been allocated a job, select from the drop down "Filter by Engineer" and select the option "Your assigned jobs" and select "LOAD JOBS". This will load all jobs that have been specifically assigned to you. 

Step 4.

If you have not been assigned the job specifically or you wish to take a job that has been assigned to another engineer, select the dropdown from "Filter by Engineer" to "All Engineers Jobs". This will load all jobs that have been assigned to Cubo engineers. (Please note, if another engineer has started this job, you will get a notification to advise that this is already in progress).

Step 5. 

To open a job, select the job that has the registration / Job ID that you wish to start.

This then opens a new window with details of the job to be completed.

Step 7.

Once each step of the installation requirements have been completed, select (if applicable) the "RUN TEST" button for any Calamp Unit;

Step 8.

This will prompt you to enter your IMEI into the available field and select "TEST".

Step 9.

This will populate details as below, green tick to confirm the message type has been received, red x to show that the message has not been received against the message type. 

Select when satisfied with testing, select "Save Test".

Step 10.

Once all photos and installation requirements have been confirmed, select "Save and Send". This will complete the job and send through a testing ticket to Fleet Support to check and action.

 

How To Create Jobs 

Step 1.

Navigate to https://nexus-app.mycubo.online/#/ and select "Create Jobs".

Step 2. 

This will bring up the selection screen for the type of job you wish to create, based on the product solution that is getting installed. 

Enter:

  • Customer
  • Vehicle Registration
  • IMEI (If Applicable)
  • solution(s) being installed

Step 3.

once all options have been selected, select "Create Job" 

Step 4.

This will populate a new window with the installation requirements that have been selected to complete as normal.

How To SMS a Unit

 

Step 1.

Engineers now have capability for the SMS tool to be added as a permission on their app login. This will allow remote message with pre-set and custom messages for the likes of trying to resolve GPS, or setting the APN / Username of devices etc.

Step 2. 

This will display on the main home screen as you login to the engineering portal with this user https://engineer-app.nibc.co.uk/#/

When selected this will display as below:

Step 3. 

There are 2 options of messages to send

Step 4. 

Payload: - this will send continuously for 7 days (useful for preloading messages on sims before swapping in units etc) 

Transactional: - this will send only once and either accept, suggesting the unit is powered on and received this message responding with a tick, or it will respond with an x suggesting that the power is not on the unit and needs to be sent when unit is powered on 

Step 5.

Sim number of the device is entered into the ICCID field (multiple sims can be messaged at once)

Step 6. 

SMS templates are selected by clicking the blank space and a drop down will populate with the premade messages for CALAMP – DIGI and DVR’s
