PTO Fuel Burnt is read from the CAN of the vehicle when PTO is engaged.
Step 1.
To create this dashboard view, navigate to the group you wish to view and select the "Dashboard" icon.
Step 2.
Select "Dashboard Type = CAN - Summary By Vehicle"
Step 3.
Set "Summary Field" = "PTO Fuel Burnt"
Step 4.
Choose the frequency you want this data to report in at from:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
Step 4.
in the "Show or Hide Labels" drop down, you can select to either:
- Show = Charts will have data on each value
- Hide = Charts will not display data on each value
Step 5.
The "Period" drop down will give you the below options for setting what time frame you want to display on the chart.
- Last 2 days (by day)
- Last 3 days (by day)
- Month
- 3 Months
- 6 Months
- 12 Months
- 24 Months
Step 6.
Dashboard name will populate by default in the format of Dashboard type > Dashboard field being displayed > Frequency > Period, as below. However users also have the ability to overwrite this and name it as they please.
Step 7.
Once setup, it will look as below:
- PTO Fuel Burnt = Total amount of Fuel Burnt during PTO for time frame of dashboard. This can be edited using the user profile settings to display in:
- Gallons
- Litres
- Average = Average amount of Fuel Burnt during PTO for time frame of dashboard.
- Percentage = Indicates the percentage change between the most recent complete data set and the first complete data set shown on the graph below.
- Trend = Highlights whether the trend is moving upward or downward from the first complete data set to the most recent complete data set on the graph shown below.
