The 'Driver Performance Summary Report' is available to customers with the 'Fuel Smart Pro' (Squarell devices) Solution installed.
This report allows you to select a number of drivers and date ranges and gather summarised information for selected drivers & timeframes, such as:
- Driver Name
- Journey Count
- Journey Duration
- Distance Travelled (miles)
- Fuel Burnt (GAL)
- Average MPG
- Journeys with Overspeed
- Speeding % Score
- Idling Duration
- Idling % Score
- HB Count
- HB/100KM % Score
- HA Count
- HA/100KM % Score
- HC Count
- HC/100KM % Score
- Total % Score
The reports scores are based on the below KPI's
- Speeding % Score = This is the score of all journeys without a single speeding violation. The higher the number of journeys with overspeed is, the lower the speeding % score will be.
- Idling % Score = This is the score for all non-idling engine on time. The higher the idling, the lower the idling % score will be.
- HB/100KM % Score = This is the score for all harsh brake events per 100KM distance travelled. The higher the number of harsh brake events, the lower HB/100KM % score will be.
- HA/100KM % Score = This is the score for all harsh acceleration events per 100KM distance travelled. The higher the number of harsh acceleration events, the lower HA/100KM % score will be.
- HC/100KM % Score = This is the score for all harsh cornering events per 100KM distance travelled. The higher the number of harsh cornering events, the lower HC/100KM % score will be.
- Total % Score = This is the average of the 5 KPI scores above (evenly weighted) and therefore gives you the total % score for the driving performance
To run the 'Driver Performance Summary Report', please follow the below steps.
Step 1.
Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left hand vehicle list.
Step 2.
Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.
Step 3.
Select 'Driver Performance Summary Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.
Step 4.
Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.
Step 5.
Click 'Load Report' to run the 'Driver Performance Summary Report' against your selected criteria.
Step 6.
The report will then load and display details as below:
Step 7.
This report allows you to export to a CSV format, for additional filtering if you wish.
