BCAN Summary By Vehicle (BCAN)

The 'BCAN Summary Report (By Vehicle)' is a report that is available to customers with the 'Fuel Smart' Solution installed. 

This report allows you to gather summarised journey information for selected drivers & date ranges. This also includes details such as below; 

• • Total Break Count
  • Total Harsh Break Count
  • Percentage of Harsh Breaks from all Breaks 
  • Average Distance by Harsh Break
  • Total Engine on Time
  • Total Driving Time
  • Total Idle Times (Hours/Minutes)
  • Total Excessive Idle Times 
  • Total Fuel Used on Idle (GAL)
  • Total PTO Time (Hrs/Mins)
  • Total Fuel Used on PTO (GAL)
  • Total Fuel Burnt (GAL)
  • Average MPG
  • Average Driving MPG
  • Average Axle Weight(kg)
  • CO2(kg)
  • NOX(g)
  • PM(g)
  • AdBlue Used(L)

To run the 'BCAN Summary Report (By Vehicle)', follow the below steps;

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left hand vehicle list.

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'BCAN Summary Report (By Vehicle)' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5. 

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'BCAN Summary Report (By Vehicle)' against your selected criteria.

Step 6. 

The report will then load displaying the details for selected drivers and timeframes as below;

Please note, to see all rows of information you will have to scroll to the bottom of the webpage and use both scroll bars.

Step 8.

This report also has the ability to be exported to CSV, for custom filtering and refining if required.

This will populate in your 'Downloads' folder.
