This report is applicable for customers with Track Smart Pro (Calamp standard, OBD & Teltonika devices) & Fuel Smart Pro solutions (Squarell device) and can only be ran for any time before today’s date.
This report gives a score based on the vehicle driving performance for each journey during the time period selected. Journeys are scored based on 5 key metrics which can be included/excluded by checking/unchecking the tick boxes in the ‘Source’ section.
Step 1.
Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the report for from the left-hand vehicle list.
Step 2.
Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.
Step 3.
Select 'Track Smart Pro Journey Score' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.
Step 4.
Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.
Step 5.
Select the number of tick boxes (Sources) you wish to be applied to the report or select "Select All" if you wish to run for all.
Step 6.
Click 'Load Report' to run the report against your selected criteria.
Journey Scoring is based on the following:
- 1 point for each minute of idling
- 1 point for each HA (Harsh Acceleration) event
- 1 point for each HA (Harsh Braking) event
- 1 point for each HA (Harsh Cornering) event
- 1 point for each OSPD (Overspeed) event
The final score is then calculated based on the number of points incurred above divided by the number of minutes for the duration of the journey. The score is then converted to an A* - F grade based on the following percentage score achieved:
- A* = 95%+
- A = 90-94.99%
- B = 80-89.99%
- C = 70-79.99%
- D = 60-69.99%
- E = 50-59.99%
- F = 0-49.99%
