Fuel Level Report/Graph

There are several reports on the Motia tracking portal that are centered around Fuel information. These are:

  • Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion) 
  • Fuel Level Graph

Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion)

The 'Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion)' gives a synopsis of fuel information for a given vehicle or timeframe, highlighting information such as:

  • The driver of the vehicle at that time
  • Location
  • Fuel Level at time of fill/loss
  • % increase or decrease in fuel
  • Approximate litres
  • Odometer on vehicle

To run the 'Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion)':

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the journey report for from the left-hand vehicle list.

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'Fuel Level Report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5. 

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion)' against your selected criteria.

 

Step 6.

Once the report has loaded it will display details such as:

  • Date & Time of fuel up/loss
  • Driver at time of fuel up/loss
  • Location at time of fuel up/loss
  • Fuel level before fuel up/loss
  • Fuel level after fuel up/loss
  • Whether the fuel up was a neck fill
  • % difference of fuel tank
  • Approximate litres
  • Vehicle odometer
  • Plot fuel up/loss on map
  • Display information as chart

 

Fuel Level Graph

To run the 'Fuel Level Graph', you can load this either:

  • Via the icon in the ''Fuel Level Report (EON Exclusion)'
  • Following the below steps.

*Please note, this report can only be run for one asset at a time* 

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle you wish to run the journey report for from the left-hand vehicle list.

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'Fuel Level Graph' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Select the Date/Time 'From' and 'To' from the Date & Time Selection options shown below.

Step 5. 

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'Fuel Level Graph' against your selected criteria.

Step 6. 

Once loaded, the report will display any fuel fills or losses in graph format. 

Step 7.

You can also 'left click' and drag the cursor across a section of the graph plots to delve into a more specific timeframe if required.
