Asset Non-Utilisation

'Asset Non-Utilisation report' allows you to see those vehicles that have not been in use for;

• More than 1 day
• More than 3 days
• More than 7 days
• More than 30 days

To run the 'Asset Non-Utilisation report', follow the below instructions:

Step 1. 

Highlight the vehicle or vehicles you wish to run the 'Asset Non-Utilisation report' for from the left hand vehicle list.

Step 2. 

Select the 'Reports' icon from the top blue menu bar.

Step 3.

Select 'Asset Non-Utilisation report' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down.

Step 4.

Click 'Load Report' to run the 'Asset Non-Utilisation report' against your selected criteria.

Step 5. 

Once the report loads, this will highlight the registrations and the timeframes that they have not been in use for. Example below showing assets that have not been used within the timeframes highlighted.
