The Driver Score Card is a report that analyses a single or group of journeys for an individual driver, regardless of the number of vehicles they have driven during the search period entered. There are several ways to run the report with a few quick launch icons on other reports, or alternatively it can be run directly from the 'Reports' menu.
To run the 'Driver Score Card' from the 'Reports' menu follow the below instructions:
Step 1.
Go to the 'Vehicle group' on the left-hand vehicle list that you wish to run the report for. This report runs for all vehicles associated to the 'Driver' selected, so there is no need to highlight specific vehicles for this report.
Step 2.
Select the 'Reports' tab from the blue top navigation bar.
Step 3
Click 'Driver Score Card' from the 'Please Select Report' drop down menu.
Step 4.
Enter the 'Date & Time' search period you wish to run the report for.
Step 5.
Select the 'Driver' you want to run the report for from the 'Drivers' drop down menu.
Step 6.
Click 'Load Report' to run the report.
The Driver Score Card Report will be shown as below, with the following information for each journey.
- Start Time
- Stop Time
- Start Location
- Stop Location
- Duration
- Distance
- Idle Time
There are 3 quick launch icons to the right-hand side of each journey:
This icon loads the 'BCAN CAN-Bus Report' for the selected journey
This icon loads the 'Vehicle Score Card' in 2D
This Icon loads the 'Vehicle Score Card' in 3D
There is also an option to 'Add Driver Tag' in the top left corner of the report, which allows you to set a friendly name for the driver card number. When selected the 'Update Driver Tag' pop up will launch as shown below:
The 'Driver Score Card' is a graphical report which shows the below information summarised as 6 separate charts:
- Percent of time spent in REV bands
- Speed
- Average REV's
- Average Speed
- MPG
- True Idle Time
